Very interesting, complex and also easy to drink. Most sparkling sakes
are sugary sweet and appeal to the ladies more than the men. However, this
little gem tastes more of fruit than sugar and therefor is appealing to
everyone. Right from the first sip there are noticeable flavors of crisp,
golden apple, ripe bartlett pear and dried apricot. The effervesence is
very refreshing, and there is a balanced dryness that makes this an excellent
apperatif and/or cocktail. All the pleasantries of this wonderful sake
linger and dance on the palate for quite some time after it has been swallowed.
This is truely a treat of a beverage!!!
